利用氣體混合物在液體吸收劑中溶解度的不同,使易溶的組分溶于吸收劑中,并與其他組分分離的過程稱為吸收。操作時,從塔***噴淋的液體吸收劑與由塔底上升的氣體混合物在塔中各層填料或塔盤上密切接觸,以便進(jìn)行吸收。伴有化學(xué)反應(yīng)的吸收叫化學(xué)吸收。按吸收時氣液作用方式吸收塔可分為表面式、膜式、噴淋式和鼓泡式等。
Absorption is the process of making the soluble components dissolve in the absorbent by using the different solubility of the gas mixture in the liquid absorbent and separating them from other components. During operation, the liquid absorbent sprayed from the top of the tower and the gas mixture rising from the bottom of the tower are in close contact with each layer of packing or tray in the tower for absorption. Absorption with chemical reaction is called chemical absorption. The absorption tower can be divided into surface type, membrane type, spray type and bubble type according to the gas-liquid interaction mode during absorption.

塔內(nèi)氣液兩相的流動方式可以逆流也可并流。通常采用逆流操作,凈化塔以塔***加入自上而下流動,與從下向上流動的氣體接觸,吸收了吸收質(zhì)的液體從塔底排出,凈化后的氣體從塔***排出。
